Sudden Realization

There comes a time in our life,
When we confuse ourselves
Between
Being alone and being lonely.
When we feel claustrophobic
Because everyone is faking around.
The heart and mind weigh so much
That they stop thinking.
We feel we have lost our grip on life’s boat,
In the storm of survival.
It feels like sinking,
And
There’s no more energy
Even to scream for the rescue.
Only then, those people
Show up in our lives,
Making us realize
We matter, we are never alone,
That loneliness is temporary.
Those empath knights with invisible armor,
Who doesn’t wait for us to burst into pain,
Tearing into pieces,
Silently seeking for help,
They just arrive with their spiritual sword,
Casting light of happiness into life again.
Showing us thousands of reasons to survive,
Also makes us realize
We are priceless.
It’s all in our mind,
Not in our heart and soul.
We just need to breathe and feel.
